Please contact us first to ensure your request can be processed. Return/Exchange requests must be sent within 10 days of package receipt. Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Return/Exchange for Order (provide order#)".
Items must be unworn and unwashed, within the original garment pouch with barcode sticker intact.
As a launch promotion, we are offering free returns for first-time customers in Hong Kong! Upon our acceptance of your return request we will arrange a complimentary pick-up.
Return shipping costs are normally at customer's expense, except in cases of damaged or wrong goods sent and special promotions.
You are also welcome to drop off returns or proceed an exchange at our showroom, free of charge.
If sending back, please use a shipping service with tracking and insurance – we cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Initial order delivery costs cannot be refunded. If you have purchased on sale or with a coupon, the discounted price and not the original retail price will be refunded. Please allow up to one month for refunds to be processed and reflected on your account.
